摘    要:采用有限元法对某软基上厂房混凝土浇筑过程进行仿真计算,分析了基本温控方案混凝土施工期温度及徐变温度应力的详细分布规律.根据仿真分析结果,提出了合理的温控措施并进行复核.然后以此工程为例,通过对地基变模的敏感性计算,研究了地基软硬程度对混凝土温度应力的影响,并给出了软基上大体积混凝土应力分布的一些特殊规律;建议对软基上的厂房大体积混凝土温控问题,应重点关注混凝土浇筑块中心部分的内部最高温度控制,并加强表面保温,特别是蜗壳及尾水管等结构突变及边界条件突变部分的保温.

Abstract:The construction process for a powerhouse on soft rock base is simulated by using FEM.The distribution rules of the temperature field and thermal stress field for the basic temperature control scheme are analyzed in detail.According to the results,an optimized temperature control scheme is proposed and checked.Then taking this project for example,the influence of the rock elastic modulus on the thermal stress distribution of the concrete is studied;and some special rules for mass concrete on soft rock base are given.It is recommended that,for the temperature control of mass concrete of powerhouses on soft rock base,the attentiont should be concentrated on the maximum temperature in the block centre,the temperature preservation of surface concrete and the temperature preservation of the break part of the spiral case and draft tube.
