摘    要:采用氢化物发生-原子荧光光谱法测定电子级磷酸中的砷含量,研究了仪器的工作条件及硼氢化钾浓度、酸度、共存元素、磷酸基体对测定的影响,方法的检出限为0.0425ng/mL,精密度为1.66%,加标回收率为99.1%~101.2%。

Abstract:Determination of arenic in electronic-grade phosphoric acid by HG-AFS is researched. The instrument working conditions and the influences of KBH4 concentration, acidity, coexisting elements, phosphate matrix are studied. The detection limit of this method is 0.042 5 ng/mL with relative standard deviation of 1.66%.
