| 摘 要： | 商业贿赂是一种普遍的社会现象,是商品经济发展的负面影响。从商业贿赂的特点及其发展趋势入手,剖析商业贿赂的形成原因及其本质。并结合当前公安机关打击商业贿赂犯罪所遇到的难题,试找到一种针对商业贿赂犯罪的有效的侦查对策。

| Abstract: | The commercial bribe is a kind of universal social phenomenon,which influenced by the commodity economy negative development.The author in this,from the commercial bribe characteristic and trend of development,analysis commercial bribe formation reason and the essence,and unifies the difficult problem which the current public security departnent to attack the commercial bribe crime meets,tries to find a kind on this effective detection countermeasure. |
