高含氧量稳定性过碳酸钠的研制

摘    要:在分析过氧化氢、碳酸钠、水混合体系热力学平衡的基础上,提出了以两法合成高含氧量稳定性过碳酸钠的新工艺。产品经热重分析,并辅以X射线、红外光谱,结果表明,加入稳定剂的产品比不加稳定剂的产品活性氧含量高,稳定性好。本方法生产的过碳酸钠属于1.5型。

Abstract:On the basis of the analysis of thermdynarnic equibilium of the mixed system which is composed of hydrogen peroxide, sodium carbonate and water,a new technology for producing stable sodium percarbonate with high effective oxy- gen is given. This product can be prepared by a two -step method. Through thermogravimetry analysis, X - ray diffraction and infrared spectrum,the results show that the active oxygen content and the product stability of sodium percarbonate with stabilizer are better than that of the product without stabilizer. The product manufactured by this method belongs to 1. 5 type.
