摘    要:为了探究一体化管柱套管特殊螺纹接头在复杂载荷作用下的密封性能,以徐深9-平4井完井管柱的某套管气密封螺纹为例,进行其受力变形的有限元分析。结果表明,轴向拉力及外压作用均会导致接头密封性能下降; 轴向压力与内压在一定程度上会提升接头的密封性能; 弯矩作用会导致接头应力分布产生不对称性,接头受拉侧最后一齿易产生应力集中。分析结果可为套管特殊螺纹接头的应用提供参考。

Abstract:In order to explore the change of sealing performance of special threaded joint of casing with integral string under complex loads, the finite element analysis was carried out on the stress and deformation of a casing gas sealing buckle under the condition of completion string in Xushen 9-Ping4 well. The results show that both axial tension and external pressure can cause the decrease of sealing performance of the joint and axial compression. The axial pressure and internal pressure will improve the sealing performance of the joint to a certain extent; the bending moment will cause a certain asymmetry in the joint stress distribution. The last tooth of the tensile side of the joint is easy to produce stress concentration. The results can provide a basis for the application of special thread connection of casing in Xushen 9-Ping 4 well.
