自适应控水装置和防砂砾石组合试验评价

摘    要:在水平井开发过程中,由于储层非均质性、跟趾效应等原因,导致油井产量递减速度快、低含水采油期短,储量动用程度低。为研究自适应控水技术在水平井开发过程中的适用性,基于自适应控水技术调研,结合室内试验评价及控水效果评估,分析将自适应控水装置和防砂砾石组合应用水平井的控水效果。试验及数值模拟结果表明,自适应控水装置可以自适应调节流量,防砂砾石增大了流体的轴向流动阻力,可以满足控水装置精细化分段的要求。这两项技术组合应用于水平井,具有显著的控水增油效果,对指导水平井挖潜增效具有重要意义。

Abstract:The horizontal wells Production declines fast and the low water cut oil recovery period shortens with low level of reserves utilization due to the heterogeneity of the reservoir and the influence of Heel Toe effect.The applicability of adaptive inflow control technology in horizontal well development was discussed based on the investigation and research of the adaptive inflow control technology,combined with the indoor test and inflow control effect numerical evaluation.The combined effect of adaptive inflow control device and sand control particles for horizontal wells was introduced.The test and numerical simulation results show that the adaptive inflow control device could be applied for adjusting the flow rate adaptively,the axial flow resistance of the fluid,which increases by sand control particles,meets the requirements of the fine segmentation of the inflow control device.The combination of the two technologies used in the horizontal wells advantages in water controlling and oil production increasing,provides a references for the horizontal wells to tap potentials and increase efficiency.
