基于模糊推理的自调整PID位置控制系统在无头轧制中的应用

摘    要:作为一种高效、低成本的新兴技术,无头轧制技术在钢铁行业中的应用越来越广泛.但是由于这种技术对位置控制精度和抗干扰能力要求比较高,传统的控制技术很难达到要求.笔者将基于模糊推理的自调整PID控制技术应用于无头轧制位置控制系统中,试验结果表明:该控制方法实时性好,其控制的系统稳态精度高,响应快,抗干扰能力强.

Abstract:Endless rolling technology is a new technology with high efficiency and low cost, which is applied widely in iron and steel industry, but tradition control technology can not satisfy the system needs of high standard. A novel approach to apply the PID parameters control technology based on fuzzy self-modification to position control system of endless rolling was proposed. The simulation solution shows that the control method has good real-time characteristic, the system has high steady precision, fast response time and strong anti-interference capacity.
