| 摘 要： | 介绍了选煤厂振动筛侧板开裂的修复方法,并从制造、安装、使用和维护等方面对侧板开裂原因进行了分析,指出采用铆接工艺对翼板、加强板和侧板进行联接,严格按照安装标准进行安装,保证给料连续和均匀,及时更换弹簧,保持原设计对动力学因素的要求等,是预防开裂的主要措施。 |

| Abstract: | The paper introduces the repair methods of vibrating screen side plate craze of coal preparation plant and analyses the crazing causes from manufacture,installation,use and maintenance.It points out that use riveting technology to connect with flange and reinforced plate and side plate,in strict accordance with installation standard to install,ensures feeding continuation and uniformity,replaces spring promptly,maintain original design require of dynamics factor,is the main measure of prevent crazing. |
