| 摘 要： | 针对螺旋输送机存在的问题进行亍技改:经过计算重新选定驱动电机及减速机;将螺旋轴与机壳制成可拆装结构;将机壳两端的填料密封改为可拆换的迷宫式密封.达到设备维护简单,更换零件方便,密封效果良好,有效地延长了螺旋输送机及轴承的寿命. |

| Abstract: | The modification of screw conveyor is made according to the existing problems,it includes:reselecting driving machine and reducer machine after calculation;changing structures of screw axle and case to removable structures;changing the packing seal of screw conveyor case's two ends into the labyrinth seal,which results in repairing and exchanging the damaged parts easily,good sealing effect and long service period of the screw conveyor and bearing. |
