摘    要: 对驻退杆裂纹件,采用金相检验、化学分析、硬度试验、扫描电镜等手段进行综合分析。根据驻退杆装配后出现开裂这一现象,结合其生产工艺流程以及裂纹起始部位断口微观形貌特征,分析认为驻退杆的开裂原因为驻退杆的金相组织调质不良,加上夹杂物含量较多,在过盈配合时,受较大应力而开裂。

Abstract:A comprehensive method was used to analyze recoil rod cracks.The method employed ways of metallographic examination,chemical analysis,hardness testing and scanning electron microscopy etc.On the basis of the phenomena of assembled recoil rod cracks,and combing its production process and micro features of cracks initial part fractures,the analysis shows that the reason of cracks is because of bad quenching and tempering of metallographic structure,as well as too much inclusion.While with interference fit,the recoil rod cracks with high stress.
