新疆库尔勒红柱石的结构与性能分析

摘    要:系统研究了新疆库尔勒红柱石的理化性能及高温烧成性能。采用XRF、XRD、SEM、TG-DTA等测试方法研究了其化学成分、物相组成、微观结构及原料在烧成过程中的物理化学变化。通过添加少量高温溶剂,采用半干压成型方法制备样品,研究了红柱石高温烧成性能。研究表明,原料中Al2O3含量为50.87%,SiO2含量为43.25%,主晶相为红柱石晶体、石英等,样品的烧成温度范围较宽(1 300~1 540℃),高温体积稳定性较好(烧成线收缩在1%左右),抗折强度在75MPa左右,吸水率在7.80%~17.25%之间,气孔率在17.89%~33.42%之间,600℃的导热系数为1.21W/(m.K),比热容为0.65J/(g.K),热扩散系数为0.84×10-2 cm2/s,样品的主晶相为莫来石。结果显示,新疆库尔勒红柱石为一种优良的陶瓷原料,适合制备使用温度高、高温体积性能稳定、抗热震性能好的工业陶瓷制品。
