摘    要: 对碟形弹簧裂纹件和原材料,采用金相检验、化学分析、硬度试验、扫描电镜等手段进行综合分析,结果表明:原材料硫化物较多,加工成碟形弹簧后,在其表面形成很多缺陷,磷化、酸洗后,在缺陷处产生氢腐蚀,长时间受力时产生裂纹。

Abstract:Cracks on disc spring parts and raw materials was analyzed synthetically by using metallographic examination, chemical analysis, hardness testing, scanning electron microscopy. Crack of disc spring under static presure was investigated by combining with its production process and fracture morphology of crack initiation site characteristics. The result concluded that the disk spring belongs to hydrogen-induced delayed cracks.
