摘    要:影响原子吸收仪器光度误差的因素很多,有光学上的也有电学上的,必须确保电检测读数系统(包括模拟电路、数字电路和上位机数据采样/处理等读出系统)的吸光度线性范围比实际应用范围更大。本文提出了一种测量电检测读数系统吸光度线性误差的光度方法,检测范围可达3Abs以上。方法基于采用空心阳极型汞灯253.7nm波长的辐射作为光源,对系列重铬酸钾溶液进行光度测量,根据吸光度与浓度的线性相关性来检验电检测读数系统线性误差。简称此法为"汞灯-重铬酸钾溶液法"。

Abstract:Many factors (optics, electronics and so on) affect the measured absorbance linearity in AAS. It must be ensured that the absorbance linearity range of electronics detection and read-out system is larger than the range of practice application. In this paper, we present a photometric method (briefly called "Hg lamp-potassium dichromate method" ) to estimate the absorbance linearity errors for AAS electronics detection and read-out system. The method is based on using a light source of an Hg hollow anode lamp and measuring the absorbance of a series of potassium dichromate solution at line of 253.7 nm. The detectable range is up to 3.0AU.
