| 摘 要： | 随着《建设工程质量管理条例》的颁布实施，我国建设工程质量总体水平有所提高，但工程质量问题仍然不容忽视，质量事故时有发生。质量是工程的生命线，如何采取有效措施提高工程质量是当前工程建设领域的重要课题之一。本文分析了我国目前建设工程质量监管体系存在的问题及其弊端，对完善我国工程质量监管体系进行了法律思考。
