吡哆醇二棕榈酸酯的合成

摘    要:采用吡哆醇与棕榈酸为原料,水溶剂法合成吡哆醇二棕榈酸酯。通过正交实验得到适宜的反应条件为:棕榈酰氯与吡哆醇的质量比为2∶1,反应温度16℃,反应时间20 h,以吡哆醇计产率58.4%,纯度88.9%。

Abstract:This paper tested the process to prepare pyridoxine dipalmitate from pyridoxine and palmitic acid.Water was used as solvent.The process was optimized by orthogonal experiment and a better synthetic condition was obtained.The results showed that quality ratio of acyl chlorination of palmitic acid to pyridoxine was 2∶1,temperature was 16℃,reaction time was 20 h.The yield was 58.4% and purity was(88.9%).
