基于虚拟仪器的焊接参数测量系统设计

摘    要:
针对目前焊接过程中对参数的测量处理速度慢、数据流量小、操作不便等情况,开发了以虚拟仪器为核心,以PC机为平台,利用NI数据采集卡和LabVIEW构建的焊接参数测量系统;通过开发一系列用于信号采集与调理的硬件电路以及运用LabVIEW构建显示与存储软件实现了预期功能;经过仿真和试验的检验,系统实现了对焊接电流、焊接电压和振动加速度的测量与采集,在扩展整体功能、人机界面、易操作性上都有了较大的提高;系统具有可靠性高、成本低,通用性强,功能扩展方便等特征,有良好的应用价值和市场前景.

Abstract:
According to some disadvantages of parameters measurement in welding process such as low processing speed, limited data flow and inconvenient operation. A welding parameters measurement is developed based on Virtual Instrument, PC, NI data acquisition card and LabVIEW. The system describes some hardware circuit for signal acquisition and conditioning, and some software for data display and saving. The system is tested in experiments and proved to have a great improvement in functional expansion, human--machine interface and convenient operation. The system has a great application value and bright market foreground.
