摘    要:针对离网风电为设备供电的特点,通过建立风力发电机输出特性模型和蓄电池组容量模型,研究了按节气区段气象参数,并以节能减排效益为优化约束条件的设备配置优化方法.通过实例验证了利用该方法配置设备,能够充分利用风能,并具有良好的节能减排效益.

Abstract:In view of the power-supplying characteristics of the off-grid wind power,the equipment configuration optimiza-tion method is researched and developed with the solar-term meteorological parameters and the optimal constraints of energy saving and emission reduction benefits by the establishment of the model to study the output characteristics of wind-driven generators,and the model of storage battery capacity.Through a case study it has been proved that the wind power can be made full use of and good benefits of energy saving and emission reduction can be obtained in the equipment configuration.
