粗煤泥分选设备及分选工艺研究

摘    要:通过对粗煤泥分选设备分选原理、结构特点及工艺特点分析,证明了影响设备分选效果的主要因素是上游的分级设备。结合梁北选煤厂生产实际,根据TBS的等沉比分选原理,提出了TBS分级粗煤泥中高灰细泥的设想并进行了相关试验研究。结果表明:TBS可作为高灰细泥的分级设备,解决了粗煤泥分选的难题。

Abstract:According to analyzing separation principle,structural and process characteristics of coarse slime separation equipment,draw the conclusion that classified equipment is the major factor which influences separation effect.Combining practical production and TBS equal setting ratio separation principle,the method of separating high ash content fine mud from coarse slime with TBS is put forward.
