基于磁悬浮技术建筑物振动测量研究

摘    要:针对大型基建设备工作时产生的振动对周围建筑和环境的影响,设计了利用磁悬浮技术进行振动测量系统。建立了振子的动力学方程,证明了磁悬浮技术可实现绝对振动测量;对磁悬浮技术振动测量系统的自振和外加振动仿真及功率谱进行了分析;并实测了大型设备工作时产生的振动,得到其振动主频为5 Hz左右的低频分量。分析表明,利用磁悬浮技术测振易于实现绝对式低频振动测量且灵敏度高。

Abstract:In order to study the effects of vibrations generated by large infrastructural equipments on surrounding buildings and environment,a vibration measurement system was designed using the magnetic levitation technology(MLT).The vibration system dynamic equation was established.It was proved that the magnetic levitation technology can be used to realize the absolute vibration measurement.The natural vibration and forced vibration of the vibration measurement system using MLT were analyzed using simulations and the power spectralanalysis.When the large infrastructure equipments work,the vibrations of surrounding buildings were  measured with  the system designed.The results showed that the main vibration frequency components measured are the lower frequency components of about 5 Hz; the proposed method is easy to realize the absolute low-frequency vibration measurements and has a higher sensitivity.
