赤霞珠干红葡萄酒产地识别的研究

摘    要:以取自不同产地的37个赤霞珠干红葡萄酒样品的38项指标的检测结果为数据,用主成分分析(PCA)筛选出8个有代表性的主成分,利用其因子得分进行产地判别分析(DA),判别效果较好,其中昌黎、蓟县、贺兰山A和贺兰山B4个产地100%识别,南疆、北疆识别效果略差,但总识别率达到86.5%,并建立了判别方程模型。

Abstract:8 representative principal components were selected by PCA from data, which were obtained from 38 targets of 37 samples of Cabernet Sauvignon dry red wines from different regions. DA were well done according to their scores. 4 regions of Changli, Jixian, Helanshan A and Helanshan B were recognized by 100% rate. Though the recognition effect between Nanjiang and Beijiang region was not good, with the total rate being 86.5%. The discriminant equations were established for the recognition of the models.
