国外高含硫气藏开发经验与启示

摘    要:
比较常规气藏而言,高含硫气藏的开发存在很大难度和挑战性。目前国内尚无一套指导高含硫气藏合理开采的开发标准,也没有形成系统开发高含硫气藏实践经验,为此分析了国外典型高含硫气藏开发成功经验,指出了国内高含硫气藏开发的技术关键和面临的技术难点,总结出了目前完成国家自然科学基金研究的进展,并提出目前急需开展的研究工作。即:①高含硫气藏多尺度储层评价研究;②H2S及天然气混合物赋存状态及成因研究;③H2S、CO2、H2O、天然气共存系统流体相态理论及实验研究;④高含硫碳酸盐岩气藏非线性渗流理论及应用基础研究;⑤储层综合伤害数学模型(应力敏感、硫沉积、水合物)及防治应用基础研究;⑥H2S、CO2腐蚀机理及防腐技术研究;⑦储层增产改造机理和改造技术研究;⑧井漏机理及堵漏应用基础研究工艺。

Abstract:
Development of acid gas reservoirs is more difficult and challenging than conventional gas reservoirs. No standards have been established are available to guide the rational development of acid gas reservoirs and no practical experiences are available in respect of systematic development of acid gas reservoirs in China at present. This paper introduces the experiences of successful development of oversea acid gas reservoirs, points out the key technologies and challenges for the development of domestic acid gas reservoirs, summarizes the achievements of research projects financed by the national natural science fund, and presents the research works that should be carried out urgently at present. These research works include ①mutiscale evaluation of acid gas reservoirs; ②occurrence of mixture of H2S and natural gas and their origins; ③theoretical and experimental study of fluid phases of mixture of H2S, CO2, H2O, and natural gas; ④basic research of non linear filtration theory and their application to carbonate acid gas reservoirs; ⑤basic research of mathematical model of overall reservoir damage (stress sensitivity, sulfur precipitation, and hydrate) and their application to damage prevention; ⑥mechanism of H2S and CO2 corrosion and anti corrosion technologies; ⑦mechanism and technologies of reservoir stimulation; and ⑧basic research of lost circulation and plugging technologies.
