双金属复合板轧制力的工程法计算

摘    要:将轧制复合变形区分为三个亚区域,并依据双金属复合轧制时软、硬金属变形规律确定界面摩擦力的方向,应用工程法推导出双金属复合板轧制力计算公式,其预报结果与实测结果吻合得较好,从而为计算双金属复合板思制力提供了一种有效的方法。

Abstract:The deformation region in roll gap is divded into three sub regions. According to the regularity of deforming behavior in rolling process, the direction of fraction on the interface for bimetals is decided.The formula of rolling force has been deduced for bimetals by using slab method, and the calculated results of the formula agreed with the experimental data, consequently it is shows that the method is peactical and efficient.
