电火花成型辅助设计与加工仿真系统的开发

摘    要:研究了电火花成型(EDM)中因电极平动所造成的加工误差,提出了其于二维及三维的电极平动补偿方法,开发了以UG系统为平台的电极平动补偿及加工仿真系统,并进行了仿真对比实验。实验表明,该系统可以有效提高EDM电极设计的效率。

Abstract:The shape and dimensional errors caused by electrode shaking in EDM were studied. A method of compensation for electrode shaking base on 2D and 3D were proposed, and a system of compensation for the EDM electrode shaking was developed. Comparison process simulation experiments were made to verify the system, which shows that the system can greatly improve the electrode design efficiency.
