| 摘 要： | IP网络已经成为事实上的工业标准,论文介绍了一种构建于IP之上的数字媒体信息服务网络系统,主要包括系统的体系结构、基本特点及其应用价值。系统的搭建为信息开发、信息增值开创了新的利润增长点,也为改造传统信息服务业,促进其革新性发展具有一定的产业化意义。
