| Abstract: | A new technique for recognizing the changes in image is suggested in this paper based on weighted gray level averaging and weighted image element position averaging.On the basis of this principle and by combining TV with computer techniques,an intelligent image detection and alarm recording system is designed.System configuration and technical principle is presented. |
