摘    要:基于核辐射探测器同位素厚度计自动测量系统,采用同位素核辐射探测器,利用单片机系统,通过软件编程设计。系统可灵活高效地进行测量过程管理和测量数据处理,实现了无接触、迅速、精确、连续、自动检测和控制。

Abstract:The automatic measurement system of the thickness gauge of isotope based on nuclear radioactive detector is designed by adopting nuclear radiation isotope detector and a SCM. This system can control the measurement process and process the results flexibly and efficiently. It realizes the measurement and control with the mode of non-contact, speedy, exactness, consecutiveness and automatism.
