摘    要:深入论述了食品包装学课程教学内容的特点。结合食品包装教学的实践,对CAI在食品包装学教学中的作用及应用中要注意的问题进行了阐述。以期使CAI课件与食品包装学教学能有机的结合,提高食品包装学的教学效果和教学质量。

Abstract:The characteristics of the teaching contents of the food packaging were discussed thoroughly.The intentions of CAI in the food packaging and the issues which should be paid attention to in application were described combining with food packaging teaching practice.CAI courseware and food packaging teaching can be organically combined to enhance the teaching effectiveness and the quality of food packaging.
