添加TiO2的ZnO压敏电阻的晶粒生长研究

摘    要:电子产品对低压压敏电阻的需求日益增长;添加TiO2可以使ZnO压敏电阻的晶粒长大,能有效地对压敏电阻进行低压化;实验证明了TiO2晶粒助长的作用,并对新发现的突起物现象进行了分析.

Abstract:Requirement for low-voltage varistor is increased very much. Theories show that TiO2 addition can make the grain of ZnO varistor grow-up remarkably,and sensitive voltage lowed effectively. The effect of helping grain grow-up of TiO2 is proved by experiments. A kind of protuberance is found in experiments for the first time. The phenomenon is analyzed specially and detailedly.
