摘    要:以铝矾土、高岭土、凝灰岩、膨润土等非金属矿为主要原料,制备高强度的石油压裂支撑剂。运用单因素法研究了主要原料铝硅比、烧结温度以及烧结时间对支撑剂性能的影响。结果表明,原料中总铝硅比为1.9∶1时,1275℃下焙烧105 min,样品具有较好的抗压裂性能。采用多晶X-射线粉末衍射(XRD)、扫描电镜(SEM)等技术对其物相组成和结构进行表征,结果表明,高温下形成的刚玉、莫来石和蓝晶石相是样品具有较高强度的主要原因。

Preparation of High Strength Oil Fracturing Proppant with Non-metallic Minerals
Abstract:The oil fracturing proppant with high strength was prepared using some non-metallic minerals such as bauxite, kaolin, tuff and bentonite as raw material. Single factor method was employed to study effects of aluminum silicon ratio, calcination temperature and calcination time on the properties of proppant. Experimental results showed that when the Al-Si ratio in raw material is 1.9∶1, the samples were calcined at 1275℃ for 105 min, the proppant with preferable resistance to fracture was obtained. X-ray powder diffraction(XRD) and scanning electron microscope(SEM) techniques were used to characterize its microstructure and morphology. The results showed that the corundum, mullite and kyanite phases formed under high temperature was the main reason of high strength.
