摘    要:本研究用偏高岭土为宜昌焙烧煤系高岭土。偏高岭土中活性铝具有火山灰活性并影响其应用潜能。探讨了影响活性铝溶出率的工艺因素,如焙烧温度、保温时间、浸出压力与时间、浸出质量分数与固液比。结果表明:煤系高岭土800℃焙烧3 h得到偏高岭土,浸出压力175.61 kPa、浸出时间60 min、盐酸质量分数15%、固液比100 g/L时,铝溶出率最高达到41.64%。该研究对于偏高岭土规模用于塑料、玻纤、水泥等大宗填料行业具有指导意义。

Study on Leaching of Active Aluminum from Metakaolin
Abstract:The metakaolin was prepared by calcining coal series kaolin from Yichang. Active aluminum in the metakaolin has pozzolanic activity, which affects the applications of metakaolin. In this study, these factors affecting the dissolution rate of active aluminum have been investigated such as calcination temperature, holding time, leaching pressure, leaching time, acid concentration and solid-liquid ratio. The test results show that the optimum leaching conditions are leaching pressure 175.61 kPa, leaching time 60 min, acid concentration 15% and solid-liquid ratio 100 g/L, when coal series kaolin is calcined under 800℃ for 3 h. The maximum dissolution rate of aluminum is 41.64%. There is an important signiifcance for the research to the large scale use of metakaolin in plastic, glass ifber, cement and other ifllers industries.
