中国水电工程地质勘测技术的发展与展望

摘    要:概述中国水电工程地质勘察的发展过程。对中国水电工程建设中常见的区域构造稳定、高坝坝基工程地质、工程高边坡稳定、地下工程围岩稳定和岩溶渗漏等主要工程地质问题的研究现状、内容、方法和评价原则,作了总结经验性的介绍。具体包括:活断层研究、地震危险性分析和区域构造稳定性评价;坝基岩体工程地质分类、建基面与岩(土)力学参数选择和深厚覆盖层勘察;工程高边坡地质结构、失稳条件和稳定分析、边坡处理与监测;水电工程围岩分类与围岩稳定分析以及河谷岩溶渗漏理论、岩溶地区坝址选择与岩溶渗漏处理原则等。并对上述工程地质问题今后勘察研究方向提出若干建议。

Abstract:This paper summaries the development process of geological survey in the hydropower project construction in China. It introduces, on the basis of summing up the experience, the study status quo, contents, methods and evaluation principles of the main engineering geological problems that are commonly encountered in the construction of hydropower projects in China, such as local tectonic stability, the foundation engineering geology for high dam, the stability of surrounding rocks of underground works and the leakage of karst. It includes the study of active fault, the earthquake dangerous analysis and local tectonic stability assessment; the rock classification of engineering geology of dam foundation, the selection of mechanics parameters of construction foundation rocks and the survey of deep and thick overburden layer; the geological structure, and un-stability conditions and stability analysis of high side slope of hydropower project, the slope treatment and monitoring; the classification of surrounding rocks in hydropower project and its stability analysis, the theory of karst leakage in the valley, the selection of dam site in the karst area and the principles of the treatment of karst leakage, and so on. Then this paper puts forward some suggestions for the future survey and study on such engineering geological problems.
