低应变时效敏感性焊管用特厚板S355NL-Z35的开发研究

摘    要:针对88.5 mm厚度S355NL-Z35厚壁焊管用特厚板,研究了其复合微合金化、控轧控冷和正火热处理相结合的生产工艺,实施了工业试制。试制钢板屈服强度达到350~390 MPa,抗拉强度达到490~525 MPa,伸长率达到26%以上,-40℃常规及应变时效冲击功达到141 J以上,Z向断面收缩率大于35%,探伤达到1级要求,实现了强度、韧性、抗层状撕裂性能、低应变时效敏感性等性能的良好匹配。

Abstract:88.5 mm thickness plate for thick-walled pipe S355NL-Z35 was trial-produced by means of complex microalloying,controlled rolling and cooling and heat treatment.Its yield strength is 350~390 MPa,tensile strength 490~525 MPa,elongation 26%,conventional and aging impact energy at-40 ℃ more than 141 J,reduction in area along Z greater than the 35%,ultrasonic testing Level 1.A good match is realized with the strength,toughness,resistance to lamellar tearing performance,low sensitivity performance of strain aging.
