摘 要: | 主要论述了顶底复吹转炉在吹炼过程中炉渣化不透的概念及其危害,进一步对其产生的原因进行了剖析, 并介绍了莱钢炼钢厂针对顶底复吹转炉化渣不透采取的整改措施,即通过优化造渣工艺、枪位控制及溅渣护炉工 艺,使吹炼过程中喷溅渣数量、钢铁料消耗、耐材消耗降低,氧枪寿命提高,实践证明这些措施不仅适应市场形势, 而且降低了生产成本。

Abstract: | This article mainly discusses the concept and harm of the incomplete slag melting in the blowing process and analyses its causes.Then it introduces the corrective measures adopted by Laiwu Steel Plant to solve the problem.By optimizing the slagging process,lance control and slag splashing process,the consumption of ferric charge and refractory are all decreased,on the contrary the working life of oxygen lance is raised.It proved that these measures not only meet the market trend but also reduce the producti... |
