微切削加工7050-T7451铝合金的尺度效应研究

摘    要:
通过一系列单因素直角切削试验,对用硬质合金刀具微切削7050-T7451铝合金的尺度效应进行了研究。在试验过程中,对切削力进行了实时测量,并通过计算获得了不同切削深度下的单位切削力。基于试验结果和微加工理论,分析了不同刀具刃口半径微切削尺度效应的特点,总结了刃口半径、切削速度、切削深度等切削参数对微切削过程中尺度效应的影响规律。

Abstract:
Through a series of orthogonal cutting experiments with a single factor,the size effect in micro-cutting of Al 7050-T7451 with the carbide tool was investigated.In the experiments,the cutting forces were real-time measured,and unit cutting forces under different depth of cut were calculated.Based on the experimental results and micro-scale machining theory,the characteristics of size effect in micro-machinings with different cutting edge radius were analyzed,and effect rules of cutting edge radius,cutting speed and depth of cut on the size effect in the micro-cutting were summarized.
