摘    要:建立了液相色谱-氢化物发生-原子荧光联用同时检测预混料中阿散酸和洛克沙胂的实验方法。饲料样品采用20%甲醇水溶液为提取液,用超声、振荡提取方法,用symmetry shield TM RP18柱150 mm×4.6 mm,5μm分离,以含0.1%甲酸的0.05 mol/L磷酸二氢钾溶液∶甲醇(95∶5)为流动相,流速为1.0 mL/min,进样量100μL条件下,于193.7 nm波长处检测。实验条件下:阿散酸、洛克沙胂的浓度在0.2~4μg/mL范围内,含量与峰面积呈良好的线性关系,R2分别为0.999 2,0.999 0。三个添加水平上方法回收率为96.40%~107.42%,RSD 0.86%~5.20%。

Abstract:Development of simultaneous analysis of p-arsenilic and roxarsone in animal feed by liquid chromatography-hydrodide-atomic-flurescence spectrometry,adopting 20%(ratio of volume) methylalcolhol aqueous solution as extracts to pretreatment samples,ultrasound bath,shaked,then through C18 chromatography pillar separates,using 0.05 mol/L K2HPO4 ∶CH3OH(95 ∶5)as mobile phase,at a rate of 1 mL/min,inject 100 μL,detected at 193.7 nm,the result showed that:the linear range was 0.2~4 μg/mL,with linear relative coefficient,p-arsenilic acid R2 is 0.999 2,roxarsone R2 is 0.999 0,the average recoveries of three different addition level were 96.40%~107.42%,RSD was 0.86%~5.20%.
