公共建筑间接能耗分项计量方法综述

摘    要:建筑节能中遇到的一个主要瓶颈就是缺乏详细直接的分项能耗数据,因此,有必要实现建筑能耗的分项计量。传统的直接分项计量手段成本高、安装困难,所以间接分项计量问题亟待解决。通过引用国内外大量文献,综述了各种间接分项计量方法的原理、特点和使用范围,指出了间接分项计量领域存在的问题和今后的发展方向。提出并且着重介绍了非嵌入式能耗监测法。

Abstract:Building energy conservation and retrofiting have gained a growing attention in China. However, one major obstacle is collect-ing itemized submeterred data in buildings. The cost of direct sub-metering is high. Real time direct sub-meterring is expesinve, and in- stalling many meters throughout buildings ave not applicable. The mechanism, characteristics and application of each kind of indirect sub- metering methods are reviewed and analysed theoretically. And then point out the existing problems and development direction of indirect sub-metering field. Finally, we put forward the NILM (non-intrusive electrical load monitoring) method and mainly describe it.
