油气层暂堵剂改性秸秆纤维的应用研究

摘    要:针对常规的堵漏剂存在堵漏速度慢、不易解堵、生产成本高、配制复杂、污染环境等缺陷,研制应用了改性秸秆纤维暂堵剂。该暂堵剂是利用助膨化加工得到的不规则形状和长短级配的多种裂解改性秸秆纤维初级产品,配合刚性粒子、变形粒子等制成钻井液用油气层保护暂堵剂(YQKD)。室内试验与现场应用表明,基浆中加入3%的YQKD,表观黏度和塑性黏度分别增长65.6%和60.6%;在8%钙土浆中,随着YQKD加量的增加,漏失钻井液量和封堵时间呈显著减少的趋势,表现出良好的快速封堵效果,且对洗井液性能无不良影响,是一种集防漏、堵漏、屏蔽暂堵为一体的绿色环保型油气层堵漏保护材料,应用效果较好。

Abstract:In order to solve the problems of normal plugging agent such as plugging slowly, difficult to break down, expensive, complex to product, pollution, etc, the text researches and applies the temporary plugging agent with modified straw cellulose. The primary production, which have the character of irregular shape and different length through expanding the straw cellulose, rigidity particle and distortion particle constitute the agent (YQKD). The experiments indicate, The apparent viscosity and plastic viscosity of slurry improve 65.6% and 60.6% respectively when added 3% YQKD into it. The leakage of drilling fluids and plugging time decrease apparently when improve the mass of YQKD in 8% calcium slurry and shows the good and quickly plugging effect. The plugging fluids have not some bad influences. Also, the agent is a new green environmental protection material to plug the hydrocarbon reservoir.
