摘    要:采用灵敏度分析法计算了三相PWM逆变器系统不同位置上寄生电容对共模传导干扰的灵敏度.研究表明逆变器输入侧的直流电缆的高频寄生参数对传导干扰的影响很小,而逆变器散热片对地的寄生电容、交流电缆对地的寄生电容、电机绕组对机壳的寄生电容对共模传导干扰的影响很大,在高频段更为明显.该结论有助于电力电子装置传导干扰分析中传播途径的确定,对于传导干扰研究中寄生参数的处理有一定的指导意义.

Abstract:The sensitivity analysis technique is applied on the investigation of common-mode conducted interference(CM EMI) of a three-phase PWM inverter.It is proved that the inverter-input-side parasitic parameters of the DC cable have trivial effects on CM EMI and the parasitic capacitors between the inverter and the ground have significant effects on CM EMI as well as the parasitic capacitors between motor windings and motor shell.The result of sensitivity analysis is helpful to solve the problem of determining the spreading path of the CM EMI.And also it provides an useful guide for future handling of parasitic capacitors in the study of conducted interference of DC power supply.
