摘    要:基于吸收式换热的热电联产集中供热技术,在实施汽轮机打孔抽汽采暖供热基础上,对600MW亚临界空冷机组乏汽余热回收供热改造技术方案进行了探讨.通过对设备布置、系统参数及运行效果的分析,验证了改造技术方案提高了机组乏汽的回收效果,降低了锅炉供热的燃煤量,解决了煤、灰的运输储备问题,改善了对环境的污染,具有良好的经济效益.

Abstract:Based on the absorption heat transfer cogeneration central heating technology, this paper discusses the retro- fitting scheme for heating by exhaust-steam waste-heat in a 600MW subcritical air-cooled unit with the implementation of the steam turbine drilling extraction steam. The analysis on the equipment arrangement, system parameters and operating effect verifies the retrofitting scheme is valid to improve the effect of the unit steam exhaust recycling and reduce the amount of coal-fired boiler heating. And owing to the settlement of the coal, ash transportation and reservation, it is also helpful to improve the pollution to the environment.
