冰箱毛细管内流动特性的研究

摘    要:利用毛细管四段流阻模型,用数值模拟的方法详细讨论了冰箱毛细管在不同工况下的性能,研究了冷凝温度、蒸发温度及过冷度对毛细客流量的影响,并首次对冷凝不充分的含汽制冷液进入毛细管的流动特性进行了讨论,以及做了验证实验。研究结果和编制的软件对毛细管的设计和应用将有一定的借鉴意义。

Abstract:Performance of capillary in refrigerator under different conditions was study by numerical method according to a new model of capillary, which considered four flow residence parts. The effects of evaporation temperature, condensation temperature and supercooling on the flux in capillary were discussed. Sometimes the refrigerant entering capillary contains vapor because condensation of refrigerant in condenser is insufficient. The flow characteristeics of capillary in that case were discussed for the first time in this paper. Finally some experiments were done prove this theory.
