| 摘 要： | 提出了一种修正型线涡旋压缩机内容积比的确定方法,给出了压缩腔容积和内容积比计算公式。比较了修正型线与未修正型线的内容积比,详细分析了影响修正型线内容积比的因素。精确地建立了涡旋压缩机几何参数、修正参数与内容积比的关系,可用于参数的优化设计和整机性能的预测与评价。该原理方法同样适用于型线无修正时涡旋压缩机内容积比的计算。

| Abstract: | The method used to determine volume-reduction ratio for scroll compressor with modified profile is proposed. Formula for compression pockets and volume-reduction ration are given. Comparison of volume-reduction ratio is made between modified profile and the non-modified one. Factors that affect volume-reduction ratio are discussed in detail. The relation among geometric parameters, modification parameters and volume-reduction ratio is established accurately. The analytic results can be used in optimization, forecast and estimation of performance of scroll compressor. |
