对84消毒液除菌过滤后的滤芯,进行3种不同的清洁方法的清洗,探讨最佳的清洁方法。方法对1号滤芯用70℃的注射用水冲洗20分钟,再用20℃的纯化水冲洗5分钟冷却;对2号滤芯用70℃的注射用水冲洗5分钟,再用95%的乙醇冲洗5分钟,然后用20℃的纯化水冲洗5分钟。对3号滤芯用70℃的注射用水冲洗5分钟,连接蠕动泵,用95%的乙醇冲洗5分钟,然后用70℃的注射用水冲洗5分钟,再用20℃的纯化水冲洗5分钟冷却,对1、2、3号清洁方法后滤芯分别进行完整性检测实验。通过1,2号的清洁方法,滤芯不能通过完整性检测实验,而通过3号的清洁方法的滤芯可以通过完整性检测实验。对1号方法未完成完整性检测实验的滤芯再用95%的乙醇冲洗5分钟,用70℃的注射用水对滤芯冲洗5分钟,再用20℃的纯化水冲洗5分钟冷却,其结果能通过完整性检测试验;对方法2,未完成完整性检测实验的滤芯再用70℃的注射用水对滤芯冲洗5分钟,再用20℃的纯化水冲洗5分钟冷却,其结果能通过完整性检测实验。经过验证,通过3号清洁方法对84消毒液除菌过滤后的滤芯进行的清洗是一种有效的清洁方法。

Discussion on the method of cleaning the filter after sterilizing 84 disinfectant

Objective The filter after 84 disinfectant sterilization filter,washing 3 different cleaning methods to explore the best cleaning method. Method The No.1 filter element was rinsed with water for injection at 70℃ for 20 minutes and then with purified water at 20℃ for 5 minutes. The filter element No.2 was rinsed with water for injection at 70℃ for 5 minutes and 95% ethanol for 5 minutes,Then rinsed with purified water at 20℃ for 5 minutes. Filter No.3 was rinsed with 70℃ water for 5 minutes,connected to a peristaltic pump,rinsed with 95% ethanol for 5 minutes,rinsed with water for injection at 70℃ for 5 minutes,rinsed with purified water at 20℃ for 5 minutes. The No.1,2,3 pairs of cleaning methods after the filter were tested integrity test. Results Through the No.1,2 cleaning method,the filter can not pass the integrity test,and through the No.3 cleaning method of the filter can pass the integrity test. On the No.1 method incomplete integrity testing of the filter cartridge and then washed with 95% ethanol for 5 minutes,with 70℃ water for 5 minutes rinse water filter,and then washed with purified water at 20℃ cooling for 5 minutes,the result can be passed Integrity test; method No.2,incomplete integrity test of the filter element and then 70℃ water for 5 minutes rinse water filter,and then washed with purified water at 20℃ for 5 minutes cooling,the results can pass the integrity test. Conclusion After verification,through the No.3 cleaning method of 84 disinfectant sterilization filter after cleaning is an effective cleaning method.
