摘    要:厨余垃圾处理系统为厨余垃圾资源化处理提供有效的场所。本文基于微生物发酵原理,采用固液分离、烘干、粉碎、发酵等工艺,及可编程逻辑控制器PLC控制,设计了一种新型厨余垃圾自动处理系统,实现厨余垃圾的资源化处理。测试结果表明:该系统处理效率较高,厨余垃圾最终生成乳酸及优质饲料,完成对厨余垃圾的回收再利用。

The Design of a New Type of Automatic Processing System for Kitchen Waste
Abstract:A new type of automatic processing system for kitchen waste was designed basing on the principle of microbial fermentation.This system has a compact structure and a Programmable Logic Controller is used to control the process of liquid solid separation,drying,grinding and fermentation.The test results show that this new type of kitchen waste processing system can disposes kitchen waste efficiently and the kitchen wastes were finally transformed into lactic acid and high quality feed.
