| 摘 要： | 采用单体滴加法制备了高硅含量的硅丙乳液.用红外光谱对乳液涂膜性能进行了分析和表征.研究了乳化剂的配比和用量,电解质的用量以及油水比对乳液性能的影响.研究表明：非离子型乳化剂OP-10和阴离子型乳化剂十二烷基磺酸钠配比为2/1,用量为2.0%,电解质用量为0.5%,油水比为0.6,合成硅含量占丙烯酸酯单体总量40%的硅丙乳液,其各项性能符合国家标准GB/T20623-2006. |

| Abstract: | Silicon-acrylate emulsion of high organosiloxane content was synthesized by monomer drip method.The property of its film is analysed by IR.The emulsifier content and rate,electrolytical dosage and grease-water proportion were investigated.It was found that Silicon-Acrylate Emulsion of 40% Organosiloxane content has excellent comprehensive performance in accordance with GB/T20623-2006 when the appropritate rate of OP-10 and SLS is 2：1,the right amount of emulsifier is 2.0% of the monomer＇s,the electrolytical capacity is 0.5% and grease-water proportion is 0.6. |
