永磁同步电机直接转矩控制无传感器运行研究

摘    要:传统永磁同步电机(PMSM)直接转矩控制存在电流、磁链和转矩脉动较大、逆变器开关频率不恒定等问题,而且速度传感器的存在降低了系统运行的可靠性,增加了系统费用.在PMSM变结构直接转矩控制的基础上,提出了基于瞬时功角检测的速度估算方案,实现PMSM直接转矩控制无传感器运行.实验结果表明,提出的方案能够有效解决带传感器的传统直接转矩控制存在的问题,同时保持直接转矩控制固有的转矩快速响应的特征和系统鲁棒性强的优点,有效地改善了系统的动、静态运行性能,提高了系统运行的可靠性.

Abstract:A new speed estimation method based on the inspection of instantaneous power angle was proposed to solve the problems associated with the conventional direct torque control(DTC) of permanent magnet synchronous motor(PMSM),such as high current,flux and torque ripple,variable switching frequency,and to eliminate speed sensor since it deteriorated system reliability and increased the cost of system.The scheme realizes the sensorless DTC operation for PMSM based on the variable structure sliding mode(VSS) control strategy.Experimental results verified that the proposed control scheme significantly reduced the current, flux and torque ripple,effectively suppressed the high-frequency noise,while preserved the quick dynamic torque response merit and showed robustness to the motor parameter uncertainty.The scheme effectively improves the dynamic and static operation performance and the system reliability.
