摘    要:针对径向电磁轴承的结构及优化问题进行分析研究。以8磁极径向电磁轴承为对象,分析了简化的非极靴模式设计磁极结构尺寸的两种设计方法,并推导了具体的步骤。分析结果表明:在仅考虑电磁轴承的结构影响,且当磁极与线圈的周向宽度比约为1:2时,设计的电磁轴承可以获得最大的力。给出了一个实际的算例,将其结果与传统的仿电机磁极极靴模式设计进行对比,从定性与定量的角度分析了两者的异同。

Abstract:The structure and optimized design of radial electromagnetic bearings were studied.Taking 8 magnetic pole radial electromagnetic bearing as the object,2 kinds of design process were analyzed when magnetic pole structure size was designed by the simplified non-polar magnetic boots model.And the concrete steps were derived.The analysis results indicated that,only considering the structure influence of magnetic bearings,the designed electromagnetic bearing would obtain the biggest force when the ratio of magne...
