普通CaCO3与纳米CaCO3填充POE的比较

摘    要:以普通碳酸钙和纳米碳酸钙填充茂金属聚烯烃弹性体(POE),研究了填充体系的力学性能随填料含量变化的规律。结果表明:普通碳酸钙的加入使POE的性能降低,而纳米碳酸钙的加入则起到增韧的作用,且加入3份时效果最好。

Abstract:Calcium carbonate and nano-calcium carbonate were filled into new-type polyolefin elastomer (POE), and the influences of the fillers on the mechanical properties of POE were investigated.The results showed that with the content of calcium carbonate increasing,the properties of POE decreased.Whereas after the nano-cal- cium carbonate was added into POE,the toughness increased,and when the content of nano-calcium carbonate was 3,the general properties of POE were best.
