新疆艾丁褐煤直接液化反应动力学

摘    要:为研究褐煤直接液化反应动力学,在100 m L微型高压釜中,对艾丁褐煤进行等温加氢液化实验研究,建立了褐煤直接液化反应的动力学模型,并通过Origin软件回归出各反应速率常数及相应的活化能和指前因子。结果表明,煤中的反应组分生成各产物的反应速率顺序为:非酚油沥青质酚气体;反应组分M1主要生成非酚油和沥青质,是直接转化成非酚油和酚的主要来源,沥青质向非酚油的转化是非酚油产率增加的速率控制步骤,沥青质向酚的转化速率是酚产率增加的速率控制步骤,实行分级加氢液化更有利于控制和提高非酚油和酚的产率;褐煤中仅生成CO2的组分M2在一定温度条件下,短时间即可转化为CO2,并转化完全;液化反应中反应组分(M1)向气体(Gas)转化,以及沥青质(PAA)向酚(Phe)转化过程对温度较敏感。

Kinetics of direct liquefaction of Aiding lignite from Xinjiang
Abstract:In order to study lignite liquefaction reaction kinetics,isothermal hydrogenation liquefaction of Aiding lignite were investigated in 100 mL micro autoclave.Lignite direct liquefaction reaction kinetics model was established.The reaction rate constant,the activation energy and the pre-exponential factor were calculated using origin software.The results show that the reaction rate order of products from the reaction components of coal is non-phenol oil > asphaltenephenol>gas.The main product from the reaction components (M1) is non-phenol oil and asphaltene.The main source of non-phenol oil and phenol is reaction components (M1).The reaction of asphaltene to non-phenol oil is the rate-dominated step of non-phenol oil increase.The reaction of asphaltene to phenol is the rate-dominated step of phenol increase.Classification of hydrogenation liquefaction is more advantageous to control and improve the yield of non-phenol oil and phenol.At a certain temperature condition,the reaction components of lignite only to CO2 can convert to CO2 for a short time completely.The processes of reaction components (M1) to gas and asphaltene (PAA) to phenol (Phe) are more sensitive to temperature.
