摩擦式提升机动态摩擦弧的理论建模及其变化规律

摘    要:摩擦式提升机钢丝绳与摩擦衬垫之间的摩擦弧由于钢丝绳张力的变化而产生动态变化,而摩擦弧的变化直接影响到提升机的提升能力和安全性。为研究摩擦式提升机动态工况下摩擦弧的动态变化规律,建立了摩擦式提升机钢丝绳的动力学模型,通过Matlab/Simulink仿真计算获得了摩擦轮切点处钢丝绳的动态张力值,在此基础上建立了摩擦传动动态摩擦弧的理论模型,探讨了摩擦因数、载荷及加速度等参数对摩擦弧的影响规律。研究发现,在提升机加速阶段的最大张力值及变化幅值最大,此阶段内的动态摩擦弧及其变化幅值也达到最大,摩擦因数的大小对摩擦弧具有决定性的影响作用,较小绳端载荷之比(小于1.8)以及合适的加速度建立时间(接近1.4 s)均能使得动态摩擦弧显著降低。

Theoretical modeling and variation law of dynamic friction arc of mine friction hoist
Abstract:The friction arc between the friction liner and wire rope varies dynamically due to the tension changes of the wire rope of mine friction hoist.This affects the lifting capacity of hoist and safety directly.In order to investigate the varying pattern of the friction arc under dynamic working conditions,the kinetic model of friction hoist rope is established,and the dynamic tension of steel rope at the tangent point is calculated by Matlab/Simulink simulation.Therefore,the theoretical model of the dynamic friction arc of drive friction is established.The effects of friction coefficient,load and acceleration and other parameters on dynamic friction arc are investigated.The results show that:the tension value and amplitude are the largest at acceleration stage.The dynamic friction arc value and the amplitude are also the largest at this stage.The variation of friction coefficient plays a decisive role in determining the value of dynamic friction arc.Both the smaller terminal mass ratio of wire rope (less than 1.8) and the appropriate build-up time of acceleration (nearer 1.4 s) can make the friction arc decrease.
