聚二甲基二烯丙基氯化铵的静态杀菌性能

摘    要:对两种受菌污染模拟水体,通过杀菌实验,研究了聚二甲基二烯丙基氯化铵(PDM)系列样品的静态杀菌性能,考察了加药量、作用时间、特征黏度η]等因素对杀菌性能的影响规律,并与聚合物单体二甲基二烯丙基氯化铵(DM)及市售杀菌剂十二烷基二甲基苄基氯化铵(1227)的杀菌性能进行了对比。结果表明:对于微污染水,杀菌率先随加药量的增加而增大,加药量>4 mg/L后,杀菌率达到最大,基本保持不变。加药量为4 mg/L时,DM、1227、PDM系列样品的24 h杀菌率分别为29.76%、96.78%、97.93%~99.90%。加药量相同时,特征黏度越大,杀菌率越大。对于重污染水,杀菌率随加药量的增加而增大,加药量为14 mg/L时,DM、1227、PDM系列样品的24 h杀菌率分别为27.84%、99.98%、98.25%~99.86%。对于微污染水,PDM作用时间对杀菌率的影响规律与特征黏度有关,特征黏度越大,达到最大杀菌率的时间越短,杀菌率也越大。由此可见,PDM系列样品可作杀菌剂使用,对于微污染水,其杀菌性能优于1227。

Abstract:The static bactericidal performance of polydimethydiallylammonium chloride(PDM) series samples were researched through the bactericidal experiment to two simulative water samples contaminated by bacteria.The effects of several factors on the bactericidal performance,such as dosage,reaction time,intrinsic viscosityη],were researched.The bactericidal performance of monomer dimethyldiallylammonium chloride(DM) and a commercial bactericide dodecyldimethylbenzyl-ammonium chloride((1227)) were contrasted with that of PDM.The results were as follows.For the micro-pollution water,the bactericidal rates increased with the increase of dosage at first,then reached the maximum and did not change obviously after the dosage>4 mg/L.The bactericidal rates of DM,(1227),PDM series samples were 29.76%,96.78%,97.93%~99.90% respectively when the dosage was 4 mg/L.The higher intrinsic viscosity of PDM sample,the greater bactericidal rate with same dosage.For the heavy-pollution water,the bactericidal rates increased with the increase of dosage.The bactericidal rates of DM,(1227),PDM series samples were 27.84%,99.98%,98.25%~99.86% respectively when the dosage was 14 mg/L.For the micro-pollution water,the effect of reaction time of PDM on the bactericidal rates was related to the intrinsic viscosity.The higher intrinsic viscosity of PDM sample,the shorter time needed to reach the maximal bactericidal rate.Therefore,PDM series samples could be used as a bactericide with better performance than(1227) for the micro-pollution water.
